Miscellaneous Charges and Delivery Information:
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE FEE:	Pre-production sample $25.00 plus cost of Die Fee (* credited when the order is placed). Allow 3 weeks for Cloisonné or Die Struck Soft Enamel. Allow 2 weeks for Printed pins.
DELIVERY TIME	Cloisonné Pins:     Allow 6-8 weeks. Die Struck Soft Enamel Pins:  Allow 5-6 weeks
RUSH SERVICE	Add 10% to price plus UPS Air service to customer. Cloisonné or Die Struck Soft Enamel Pins:  Allow 6 weeks. Printed Pins:  Allow 5 weeks
TERMS	50% deposit, balance is COD unless prior arrangements are made before ordering. Orders that are prepaid at start of production save COD and UPS ground service charges. Checks or money orders are accepted, please no credit cards.

TOOLING AND DIES:
CUTOUTS AND LOOPS	Each inner cutout or loop, add $15.00 per hole to die charge and .05 per cutout to the unit price.
STAMP MARK ON REVERSE SIDE OF EMBLEM	Add $50.00 back stamp die and .02 per unit.
3-DIMENSIONAL	Call for price quote.

**Dated dies will be kept for the current year only from date of your last order, undated dies will be stored for 2 years from the date of your last order.
